We HATE annoying mailing lists, full of ads, huge images which fill your InBox and take ages to download, announcements of local events which may happen at the antipodes of your town and aggressive marketing with exaggerated claims.

The last thing we want is to impose what we dislike on our customers.

Below you can find a list of criteria we commit to follow in order to make our mailing list useful and informative, without being invasive:

• If you received an email from us, it is because our records indicate that either (a) you have expressly requested to join the list or (b) you have purchased one of our products which leads us to believe you are interested in what we can offer and in the content of our web site.
• We respect your time by controlling the frequency of our newsletters. You will not receive more than 5-6 newsletters from us in a year, possibly less.
• If you believe you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent or purporting to be sent via our mailing list, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to us.
• Each newsletter contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us. If you wish to do this, simply click on the “click here to unsubscribe” link at the very top of the newsletter.
• Under no circumstance will we ever share, sell or rent your e-mail address to anyone for promotional use.

If you believe any of our newsletters fail to adhere to these criteria below, please write to us and let us know so that we can modify it accordingly.
